This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Ennabl, Inc. and our subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, " Ennabl ," " we", " us", or " our") and how we handle personal information that we collect through this website (the " Service").

Ennabl provides a platform for the insurance industry that provides insights for our enterprise customers, which include agents, brokers, and markets. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that we process on behalf of those enterprise customers while providing the Ennabl platform to them. Our use of that information is governed by our agreements with the relevant enterprise customer. If you have questions regarding information that we process on behalf of an enterprise customer, please contact the relevant customer. In addition, this Privacy Policy does not apply to information we process about current or former employees, job applicants, and other individuals who interact with us for employment-related purposes.

Our Service is designed for businesses and is not intended for personal or household use. Accordingly, we treat all personal information covered by this Privacy Policy, including information about visitors to this website, as though the individuals are acting as business representatives, rather than in their personal capacity.

Personal information we collect

Information you provide to us. Personal information you may provide to us through the Service includes:
  • Contact data, such as your first and last name, email address, mailing address, phone number, professional title and organization name.
  • Communications data that we exchange with you, including when you contact us with questions or feedback, through the Service or otherwise.
  • Registration information, such as information that may be related to a product or an event for which you register.

We may send you Ennabl-related or other direct marketing communications as permitted by law. You may opt-out of our marketing communications as described in the Opt-out of marketing section below.

Compliance and protection.

We may use your personal information to:
  • comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities;
  • protect our, your or others' rights, privacy, safety or property (including by making and defending legal claims);
  • audit our internal processes for compliance with legal and contractual requirements and internal policies;
  • enforce the terms and conditions that govern the Service; and
  • prevent, identify, investigate and deter fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity, including cyberattacks and identity theft.

Ennabl does not sell personal information and does not “share” information for cross-context behavioral advertising (as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act).

You have the following choices with respect to your personal information.

Opt-out of marketing communications. You may opt-out of marketing-related emails by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email, or by contacting us at the following email address: info@ennabl.com. Please note that if you choose to opt-out of marketing-related emails, you may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails.

Declining to provide information. We need to collect personal information to provide certain services. If you do not provide the information we identify as required or mandatory, we may not be able to provide those services.

Other sites and services

The Service may contain links to websites and other online services operated by third parties. In addition, our content may be integrated into web pages or other online services that are not associated with us. These links and integrations are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. We do not control websites, mobile applications or online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of the other websites and mobile applications and online services you use.

Security

We employ a number of technical, organizational and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. However, security risk is inherent in all internet and information technologies and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.

Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as is required for the purposes set out in
this Privacy Policy; however, a longer retention period may be applied where required
by applicable law or where we have a legitimate and lawful purpose to do so.

International data transfer

We are headquartered in the United States and may use service providers that operate in other countries. Your personal information may be transferred to the United States or other locations where privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your state, province, or country.

Children

The Service is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information through the Service from a child under 13 without the consent of the child's parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it.

Certain US jurisdictions provide their residents with additional rights regarding Ennabl’s
use of personal information. To exercise any of these rights, including making any
appeals of our decisions pertaining to these rights, please email info@ennabl.com with
your full name, state, and the nature of your request.
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity
and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other
rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any
person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further
information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within 30 to 45 days, as required by
applicable law. Occasionally it could take us longer if your request is particularly
complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and
keep you updated. If we cannot accommodate your request, we will inform you of the
reasons why, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions.
US Residents
If you are a US resident, you have the ability to request that Ennabl:

- Confirm whether we process your personal information (right to know).
- Access and delete certain personal information.
- Opt-out of personal data processing for targeted advertising and sales (we do not
engage in these activities).
- obtain a copy of your personal information (data portability).
- correct inaccuracies in your personal information, taking into account the information's nature and processing purpose; and
- opt-out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly
significant effects.

Additionally, some US states provide residents with certain consumer privacy rights.
If you are a California, Delaware, Oregon, Montana, or Minnesota resident, in addition
to the rights listed above, you have the right to request details about third parties that
we have disclosed your personal information, if any (right of third-third party disclosure).If you are a California resident, in addition to the rights listed above, you have the right
to limit the processing of sensitive information (we do not collect sensitive personal
data).
As states enact additional rights on behalf of their residents, Ennabl will comply with
such laws to the extent it is applicable to the activities herein. This Privacy Policy is not
intended to be an exhaustive list of all such state rights now or in the future.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it on the Service. If required by law we will also provide notification of changes in another way that we believe is reasonably likely to reach you, such as via email or another manner through the Service. Any modifications to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon our posting the modified version (or as otherwise indicated at the time of posting). In all cases, your use of the Service after the effective date of any modified Privacy Policy indicates your acceptance of the modified Privacy Policy.
