Ennabl provides a unified platform for the insurance industry that organizes and advances information and insights for agents, brokers, and markets. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that we process on behalf of our enterprise customers while providing the Ennabl platform to them. Our use of that information is governed by our agreements with the relevant enterprise customer. If you have concerns regarding your personal information that we process on behalf of an enterprise customer, please direct your concerns to the relevant customer.

Accordingly, we treat all personal information covered by this Privacy Policy, including information about any visitors to our website, as pertaining to individuals acting as business representatives, rather than in their personal capacity. Children
The Service is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information through the Service from a child under 13 without the consent of the child's parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time.
