Role Summary:
The Technical Project Manager at ennabl will be responsible for leading and managing projects that drive the development and implementation of data analytics solutions. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively
with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results within the insurance data domain.
Experience with Business Intelligence and Data Analytics projects or Insurance domain will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Track project progress, identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
2. Team Collaboration and Communication:
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Facilitate communication between data analysts, software developers, and other team members
- Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives and technical constraints.
3. Technical Responsibilities
-Demonstrate understanding of software development processes in general and BI , data processing development cycles in particular.
- Basic understanding of data models, comfortable with data testing and analysis to help gather customer requirements, answer client questions and troubleshoot simple client issues
- Collaborate with the data team to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure project alignment with client needs.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports, presentations, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues promptly.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality data analytics solutions.
- Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in data analytics or software development.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, data warehousing, and database management.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project, Jira).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in the insurance industry or with insurance data is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification.
- Any insurance experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and data analysis tools.
